The purpose of this job is to complete, verify, and review claims to ensure timely and accurate settlement at a regional level.
Responsibilities:
* Complete claim assignments to ensure claims are paid timely, correctly, and according to established loss adjustment guidelines.
* Establish and very the accuracy of indiviudal claim reserves.
* Adhere to approriate performance and productivity standards for efficient adjusting.
* Maintain professional relationship with agents, insureds, and staff regarding the understanding of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
* 3-4 years of claim adjusting experience preferred.
* Math skills helpful.
